This website, www.linguajura.be is managed and operated by Empress Development SPRL/BVBA, a private limited liability company (“société privée à responsabilité limitée”/”besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid”) organised and existing under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at B-8750 Waregem, Belgium, Leeuwkestraat 1 box 01 and registered with the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises under number 0475.815.583. Lingua Jura is a trade name of Empress Development SPRL/BVBA.

These terms of use are applicable to the website. By using the website, you agree to comply with and accept the terms of use.

Purpose of the website

Lingua Jura aims with the website to:

  • provide you with no-obligation information about the translation agency and its services;
  • provide you general information in the form of electronic newsletters on topics related to the (sworn) legal translations and about changes to Lingua Jura’s services, if you have registered for this via the website;
  • provide a way to contact Lingua Jura.

Information on the website

Lingua Jura shall ensure that the description of its services matches the actual services available as closely as possible. However, it is possible that certain services listed on the website were incomplete, were defined with insufficient precision, or have been modified in the meantime. Therefore, the information on the website is provided without any guarantee or liability on the part of Lingua Jura, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by Lingua Jura. Lingua Jura has the right to change the information provided on the website at any time without prior notice to the visitors of the website.

Cookies

Newsletters and news reports

Our newsletters are intended to provide you with general information. They may be copied and distributed, but only in their entirety. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, send an e-mail to legal@linguajura.be with the message ‘unsubscribe newsletter’ in the subject field of your e-mail or you can unsubscribe via the received newsletter.
