Have you finalised your whistleblowing policy yet?
If your company has at least 50 employees, new rules will apply from 17 December 2023 and your internal reporting procedures for suspected wrongdoing must comply with those new rules.
First, an impartial person should be appointed who will follow up on the reports received.
A whistleblowing policy should be drawn up and circulated to your staff. In addition, a register of all reports should be kept.
